CM Omar seeks action against IAS officer over abusive language, threats to woman JKAS officer

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday took up in the strongest possible terms with Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo the alleged incident of verbal abuse and threats issued by senior IAS officer Rajeev Ranjan to a junior woman JKAS officer during an official meeting.
